TweetDeck set for an upgrade

TweetDeck, the tool designed to help manage and post to Twitter, is being improved. Twitter has announced an upgraded version is currently being tested with a randomly selected group of users in the US, Canada and Australia. 

Twitter has shared the update will include enhanced functionality that incorporates more of what you see on Twitter itself. 

Matt Navarra has also shared insights into how the new and improved TweetDeck will look and work:

The changes we can see that will be implemented:

• Columns can be re-sized and added 
• A second dashboard is available via the sidebar for new ‘Decks’ that are added
• The composer will be updated to make it easier to see how tweets will look 
• Search options are simplified
