TikTok has been introducing a new Playlists feature to Creators. This enables public videos to be grouped into themed collections. Each collection can be named and is displayed on your profile.
The videos within the playlist carry onto the next, helping Creators who need longer than the 60 seconds currently available for each video as they can form a ‘part 2’. This also supports users by showing more relevant content within the organised playlist theme.
There is no date set for when all accounts will have this feature enabled on their profile, but it is definitely something for Creators to consider how they will implement and maximise the use of to boost engagement and video views.
