We launched Social Audits in beta on 3rd July and today we’re happy to announce that Social Audits are now out of beta and everyone can use them.
We set out to build a tool to make you an instant superhero. A tool that would allow you to produce detailed, perfectly formatted, nicely packaged PDF or a fully editable PowerPoint template complete with a choice of logo and colour scheme in literally two minutes.
Brand Audit is recommended for when you’re doing monthly reporting for your existing clients. You choose one Primary Brand (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter profile you have admin access to) and up to seven Rival Brands (you don’t need an admin access to these) and you get a non-fluff report on the state of the competitive landscape.
Market Audit is recommended for new business development when pitching a prospect or when analysing a market you’re not familiar with. Despite not having admin access to any of the profiles in the landscape, you can still get all the details on the performance and be in the know.
Content Audit is recommended for when analysing a content strategy. You choose one Primary Brand (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter profile you have admin access to) and get a report on the posting activity, user sentiment, a list of most engaging and not-so-engaging topics and a full overview of all the posts published with main metrics and best user comments included.
Each Social Audit will require you to do no more than select profiles you want to include and change any of the colours in the presentation. From that day forward, every bit of the work is done for you automatically.
You can schedule Social Audit to be sent automatically and on a regular basis to whoever you wish (or just to yourself).
