▪️ The number of people who remain offline is now fewer than 3 billion
▪️ Over the past 12 months, global social media users have grown by more than 10%
▪️ 8 new users joined TikTok every second over the past 3 months. Users spent an average of 48% more time using the platform’s mobile app over the past 12 months compared with the previous year.
▪️ YouTube users now spend almost a full day each month watching videos in the platform’s app.
▪️ The cost of social media ad impressions has jumped by more than 20% over the past 12 months, and marketers are seeing fewer overall impressions for their investments.
▪️ More than US$1,000 per year is the average spent by a typical global eCommerce shopper on online consumer goods purchases.
▪️ The average Facebook post engagements vs page fans is highest for status posts at 0.13%, but lowest for link posts at 0.03%
▪️ The average Instagram engagement rate is highest for carousel posts at 3.15%, and lowest for photo posts at 1.18%
